Our success, as your Candlewick Ward Team, is to add value to the quality of your business and your working life or your home if a resident in our Ward. So many of us have worked in this area and have wondered about the anonymous faces that surround us as we make our way to work, lunch and then home. This is an opportunity to meet, make friends and business contacts.
WHAT WE'RE DOING
The Candlewick Business Forum meets quarterly with a dedicated focus for each meeting. It is an important forum where we hear directly about important issues facing the Ward (and businesses in the City) and also give feedback on our work whilst inviting input from you, our constituents.
It has been a benefit for businesses to meet each other and there is a growing amount of new business being generated from introductions made through the Forum. In the City, your next client might very well be working right next door to you!
There is also an opportunity to hear more of the work of our Alderman, Emma Edham and what she is doing for you outside our Ward in the Corporation, nationally and internationally.
